Terms of Sale - Policies
Items are sold in AS IS condition with no warranty, guarantee, return, refund or exchange, unless otherwise stated. As we can not provide insurance for the transportation outside France, we will not accept returns for goods we sold because of a defect caused by or during the transportation.
Missing Items or Items Not as Described -- If I ever ship an item that is missing a part or is not as described, please understand that this was an oversight. I try to be as accurate and complete as possible in my descriptions. Inform me immediately so that I may set things right, either by sending the missing part, replacing the item that was described incorrectly, or by issuing an appropriate refund. Notification must come with five-calendar days of item arrival.
Elective Returns -- On rare occasions, buyers are not happy with the producst they ordered, perhaps because they did not evaluate the descripting we made. This is a situation where the purchased item works or is good but nos as the buyer hoped. On such occasions, and if the purchased items remain in exactly the same condition in which they were received (not used), then we may offer a refund of the purchase price minus the shipment ammount. We "may offer," because we will review the reasons for the return and may reject those we estimate frivolous (i.e., requests for returns from a buyer who asked no questions prior to bidding, then complained that the object is not like they thought). I will charge a 5% restocking fee for buyers who request an elective return for reasons not covered by the non-DOA warranty - because of the costs of International refunding operations. In other words, I will refund 95% of the purchase price, with buyer bearing all shipping costs, for an elective return. Refunds will be made only after a full inspection of the returned items determines that the items are in the same condition as when I shipped them. Any damage or degradation of the returned items may result in a lower refund amount, at my discretion. Buyer must notify me that they may seek to return an item within five calendar days of receipt of the item, although I may extend that deadline for buyers who have sought my assistance in resolving technical problems and who show a willingness to make the purchase work out before resorting to an elective return.
Many of our items are used and come from various companies. Please note items are untested or modified unless specified otherwise stated in the description.
We attempt to describe items as accurately as possible and include photos and model number information so the customer can do their own research and order with the right informations. If something is unclear please ask your questions prior to placing an order. Your order is a contract and you are expected to complete the transaction at the conclusion of this order.

Shipping and payment
We operate from France (Europe).
International Customers can provide two ways of payments for their orders :
- PayPal international payments with thier own credit card and a paypal account - this is avaiblable directly from the ordering form. when you check out ebay, make sure to click continue to validate your order into our store.
- We recommend also the international bank
All Sales are final and include the french tax (TVA) - All shipments will show the real value of the objects and the Tax declaration to minimise the importation taxes of the country of the customer. Impossibility to purchase insurance for international customers means the buyer assumes all risk should a purchase be lost or damaged while shipping. Domestic buyers who need other shipping options may contact us and request different handling; we will try to accommodate where possible.
If payment or communication is not received within 3 days a non-paying order notice will be initiated and the order will be canceled.
Everything is shipped by French Postal Services : La Poste Colissimo. We require to have a valid shipping address attached to the account and your PayPal account. Note: we will not deliver to PO boxes, therefore you MUST have a valid street address listed - we requiere also to validate the shipment to receive an electronic proof of your adress.
